Space Trace Studio is looking for an Art Director who will be responsible for creating and managing visual style and aesthetic of our games. Work includes managing team of artists and designers in order to create high quality and uniform final results.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
More responsibilities in detail:
Curating visual side of games;
Checking up artists' work and providing feedback;
Assisting with creating a team of 2D and 3D artists;
Improving skills of the team;
Managing remote workers - provide tasks, approve results;
To formulate art-directing basics into guideline;
Interacting with teams: IT, Design and Sound in order to ensure the final product has cohesive style.
