For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Support and Improve HR-related processes (such as evaluation system, risk assessment, onboarding program, motivation);

• Support and drive company culture as an enabler for successful growth;

• Maintain and improve the process, templates, etc for yearly review, development plans, company surveys

• Be a role model to all team members;

• Provide operational HR support to managers and employees

• Onboarding/Offboarding

• Probation and Annual reviews

• Maintain HR-related documentation;

• Assist team members in professional development through external/internal conferences (Education office support);

• Update confluence information space about HR processes and people data

• Provide salary benchmarking information to company management on a regular basis

• Manage vacation/sick leave/day-offs database

• Manage month closure process for team and freelancers

• Support benefit packages

• Employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health;

• Holidays, events preparation, individual birthdays wishes, team buildings

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• 2+ years of experience in HR (experience in IT/game industry is a big plus);

• Knowledge and practical experience in people management;

• Know labor legislative matters;

• Experience in building and improving HR-related processes;

• Ability to manage HR documentation and other administrative tasks;

• Experience in handling onboarding, review, offboarding processes;

• Strong organizational and time management skills;

• Attention to detail and eye for accuracy;

• Ability to communicate with all levels from staff to management;

• Ability to make decisions and act within responsibility level;

• An intermediate level of English is a must;

• Strong PC skills;

• High education in the related field is a plus;
