• Lead and manage a team of designers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the successful execution of design projects.

• Actively participate in creating new locations within the game, overseeing the level design process to ensure engaging and immersive gameplay experiences.

• Take the lead in creating major promotional materials for the game, capturing its essence and effectively communicating its unique features to the target audience.

• Drive the development of the game's branding, ensuring consistency and visual impact across all marketing and communication channels within the game marketplace.

• Collaborate closely with the Creative Director to define and achieve visual goals, maintaining a cohesive and captivating artistic direction throughout the project.

• Contribute to the creation of processes and pipelines that optimise efficiency and enhance the overall quality of the game's design and visual elements.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Previous experience in the gaming industry is essential, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects and a deep understanding of game design principles.

• Proficiency in level design and a strong ability to create immersive and visually stunning game environments.

• Proven expertise in leading and managing a team of designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

• Strong branding and visual communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to create visually appealing and consistent assets.

• Excellent collaborative and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with the Creative Director and effectively contribute to the achievement of visual goals.

• Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in game design and visual communication.

• Excellent knowledge in Adobe Creative software. Especially: Photoshop, and Illustrator

• Skills in Adobe After Effects will be a great addition
