Target
Lead and grow the 3D Art team while ensuring the delivery of high-quality game assets that meet the project’s artistic vision, technical standards, and production goals.
Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and support the 3D Art team, fostering professional growth and maintaining high-quality standards.
Plan, prioritize, and coordinate the team’s work to ensure timely delivery of art assets.
Collaborate closely with Art Director, Game Designers, Tech Artists, and Developers to achieve a consistent visual direction.
Establish, improve, and maintain efficient 3D production pipelines and workflows.
Review assets, provide constructive feedback, and ensure compliance with artistic and technical requirements.
Oversee the creation of Characters, Environments, Props, and Weapons for a AAA project.
Support the integration and optimization of assets in Unreal Engine.
Drive continuous improvements in production processes, quality, and team efficiency.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
Required experience
5+ years of commercial experience in Game Development.
2+ years of experience in a Lead or Senior Lead role.
Proven experience leading 3D Art teams and delivering high-quality game assets for commercial projects.
Technical skills
Strong expertise in creating Characters, Environments, Props, and Weapons.
Deep understanding of the full 3D asset production pipeline for games.
Experience integrating and optimizing assets in Unreal Engine.
Strong knowledge of modern AAA production pipelines and industry best practices.
Experience improving production workflows and optimizing art pipelines.
Tools
Blender, Maya, ZBrush.
Substance Painter / Substance Designer (or equivalent software).
Unreal Engine.
