We became very passionate about web3 and the possibilities that blockchain brings to the world. Our team wants to multiply these possibilities by our expertise and bring awesome web3-products to the masses.

We are seeking a Chief Technical Director with a deep understanding and profound experience in blockchain technologies.

We are extending our team and building a Blockchain department where you will be the key person. You will be responsible for the entire blockchain development process, architecture decisions, and communication directly with the C-level of the company.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Lead the strategy for technology platforms, partnerships

• Identify, compare, select and implement technology solutions to meet current and future needs

• Design and development of technical architectures

• Building and leading the development team

• Evaluate scalability, security, performance, and gas optimization of the decentralized application

• Making security a top priority and carefully analyzing code changes for potential vulnerabilities

• Work with smart-contract and blockchain node

• Be involved in the global blockchain community—work on implementing and integrating the latest improvement proposals

What kind of professional are we looking for?

      ●   5+ years of proven experience in software development;

      ●   Experienced blockchain developer (Ethereum / BSC / Rust / Solana / Solidity etc.);

• In-depth knowledge of web/mobile systems architecture, design and development

      ●    Experience writing, testing, deploying, and verifying blockchain applications;

      ●    Leadership and experience with high-load development;

      ●    English — Upper-Intermediate.

Will be a plus:

• Passion for blockchain and NFT

• Web3 integration experience
