Community Manager CIS

PUBG Amsterdam BV is a subsidiary of Krafton Inc. who is the developer and publisher of the blockbuster video game PLAYERUNKNOWN'S BATTLEGROUNDS (PUBG). Since its release, PUBG has received worldwide acclaim and has sold over 70 million copies, winning multiple game awards and setting the standard for the battle royale genre. At PUBG Amsterdam we are responsible for driving PUBG forward in Europe, Middle East, Africa and the CIS region. At PUBG Amsterdam, our people are our most important resource. We are currently looking for a Community Manager CIS to join our Publishing team for the CIS region! The ideal candidate will interact with multiple communities of the PUBG Family games, will have a great understanding of CIS social media environment and the related technologies.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

Relevant previous experience in community management or brand marketing

Create and execute community management strategies for PUBG Corp titles

Maximize social media reach and influence our community members in close collaboration with various teams

Create, schedule and localize content and maintain social media calendar

Identify active community members and help them create community building activities, content, and to engage the player's base both in and outside of the game

Report on specific community KPI's, player sentiment on a regular basis and channel performance

Use of data to inform recommendations for ongoing community activations, messaging and promotion events

Other duties that may be assigned by the company and that would enter the scope of the employee's qualifications

What kind of professional are we looking for?

Good knowledge of social media networks in the region

Understanding of chat-bot operations and other Social Media tools

Excellent writing and communication skills

Adobe Photoshop and Premiere proficiency

Great organizational skills

Excellent command of English
