Community Manager (english) (MMO ERZ.online)

Erz.online is a 2D play-to-earn metaverse built on the blockchain Binance Smart Chain. In the Erz.online open world, players, as in traditional MMO games, can explore territories, extract resources, create clans, and engage in trade and diplomacy.

Erz.online is based on the game “Mines”, which launched in 2012. Since then, the game mechanics and the economics of the game have been improved, together with the community. All the advantages and achievements of the "Mines" economy formed the basis of the new metaverse.

The game takes place in the near future and deals with a mining expedition on the solar system planets and these planets’ satellites. The game starts on Saturn’s satellite called Titan. The expedition consists of thousands of miner operators who arrived on Titan and operate semi-automatic bots. Anarchy has reigned in the expedition. There is no single authority or centralized management now, so the miners unite in corporations and clans, defending their claims on the territory with the help of weapons and diplomacy.

The game has the following mechanics:

• Resource extraction using a player-controlled bot;

• Resource processing and production;

• Construction of buildings and road infrastructure and base development;

• Crafting;

• Resources and currency trade on the internal marketplace;

• Solo play;

• Multiplayer – foundation and development of clans;

• Development of trade and diplomatic relations between clans and players;

• Clan wars;

• Play-to-earn mechanics.

One of the game’s unique mechanics is the “Programmer” – a visual zero-code programming language that allows you to create programs with which to control bots and constantly improve their activities. Its use is optional, but it adds additional gameplay features and greatly increases the interest and game engagement.

As the players note, one of the game features is the possibility of applying game experience – building social and business connections – in real life.

Until 2022 the game was an indie product under a different name in a single country, developed for 10 years only by Sergey Myachin. Core game mechanics, and features were validated by thousands of players.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Manage and grow the community around ERZ.Online game on Discord;

• Build and manage the social media presence on Twitter, Reddit, and other channels as deemed relevant;

• Create different types of content aimed at the short and long-term engagement of our community members;

• Assigning, qualifying and managing moderators;

• Compile and present detailed reports about community sentiment and engagement;

• Liaison with Product and Marketing teams for product feedback, suggestions and improvements from community perspective;

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Full proficiency in written and spoken English ;

• 2-3 years of experience in Community Management;

• Experience and knowledge about GameFi, NFT and Web3 projects;

• Experience using and managing Discord servers is very important;

• Capacity to explain or translate technical information to different audiences of our customer base in an empathic manner;

• Excitement about listening to the feedback from communities and maintaining a healthy dialogue with them;
