Creative Motion Designer (contract)

LAPITOPA is a publishing and game developing company which strives to provide high quality game products for demanding users. Our team has great experience in creating and producing games for different platforms and now we focus on producing midcore and casual adventure games for mobile devices.

We’re a small international team of up to 20 passionate game development enthusiasts from around the world!

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

We are looking for a Creative Motion Designer to produce performance-driven video ads for Steel Luck, our mid-core roguelite mobile game.

Our current priority is production volume and iteration speed. We need someone who can consistently deliver multiple video creatives and variations, quickly test new ideas, and scale concepts that perform well.

• Monitor creative market trends, identify new ideas, and adapt them to our game.

• Produce video ads, including developing concepts, hooks, and scripts.

• Analyse test results and suggest ideas for further creative iterations.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Experience producing advertising creatives for mobile games.

• A basic understanding of the mobile gaming market and performance marketing principles.

• Confident proficiency with any video editing tool (AE, Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut etc.)

• Hands-on experience with AI tools for generating images, video, and audio. Staying up to date with AI-powered creative workflows is a must.

• A production-focused mindset and the ability to deliver 2–5+ videos per week, depending on their complexity.

• English at B1 level or higher for working with documentation.
