Data Analyst

Join our dynamic startup as a Data Analyst and help drive growth through data-driven insights on our free-to-play casual game project! As a critical member of our team, you’ll have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology, analyze large datasets, and make a significant impact on the success of our game and company.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights into player behavior.

• Design and implement data models to support decision-making in game design and monetization (LTV, Retention, virality models)

• Develop reports and dashboards to communicate data insights to stakeholders.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing managers, game designers, artists, and programmers, to drive data-driven decision-making.

• Design and run Split tests to maximize KPIs.

• Track and report the product performance from release to release.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Strong experience in data analysis and data visualization tools

• Experience in SQL and familiarity with one programming language (Python, R, etc.)

• Knowledge of statistical analysis and data mining techniques

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Good math, including statistics, simulation, and optimization

• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, product managers, analysts, and marketing to deliver unambiguous business impact

• We speak Ro/Ru in our day-to-day interactions but keep English as the base written documentation language

• Strong passion for gaming!

• Ability to learn
