We’re looking for a Data Analyst with hands-on experience in subscription-based mobile apps to help us make data-driven product decisions and improve user experience and monetization.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?
Analyze key product metrics and user behavior to identify insights and growth opportunities;
Detect bottlenecks and propose data-backed solutions for improvement;
Formulate and test hypotheses to drive product growth;
Plan, execute, and interpret A/B tests from idea to conclusion;
Build clear and actionable reports and dashboards for product and marketing teams;
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and marketers to align goals and understand product changes.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
1+ year of experience working with subscription-based mobile apps;
Strong understanding of monetization mechanics and subscription unit economics;
Proficiency in SQL (preferably Snowflake or BigQuery) and Python;
Solid knowledge of probability theory and applied statistics;
Understanding of key product and marketing metrics (LTV, ARPU, ROI, Retention, Conversion, etc.);
Experience running and interpreting A/B tests;
Experience with attribution platforms (Appsflyer or Adjust);
Familiarity with BI tools (we use Tableau);
Excellent communication skills — ability to present insights clearly and persuasively.
