V36 Games is looking for a game sound designer / audio implementer to create and integrate roughly 200–300 SFX for our dark fantasy deckbuilding roguelike.
The role includes card, UI, combat, enemy, event, and environmental sounds, plus help setting up or improving our Unity audio pipeline using Wwise, FMOD, or a comparable solution.
For which tasks (responsibilities)?
Create polished, game-ready SFX for cards, UI, combat, enemies, events, and environments
Help define the game’s audio style and feedback language
Set up or support Wwise/FMOD integration in Unity
Implement sounds so they trigger correctly in gameplay
Iterate based on playtesting and team feedback
What kind of professional are we looking for?
Experience creating SFX for games
Unity audio implementation experience
Familiarity with Wwise, FMOD, or similar middleware
Strong sense of timing, responsiveness, and game feel
Portfolio or reel with relevant game audio examples
English preferred. Russian or Chinese is also acceptable. Paid contract role. Please include your portfolio, relevant game audio examples, middleware experience, availability,and expected rate or project quote.
