We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our Business Development Department.
The objective of the ISR function is to manage small-value Art and Games inbound sales leads from seed prospects who have submitted an inbound request through the website or any other inbound source available within Room 8 Group.
What are you working on?

For which tasks (responsibilities)?
Process inbound Art, Games, and other service requests within the set SLA;
Generate leads, qualify opportunities, and close sales;
Perform effective online Commercial Offer presentation to potential customers;
Achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly sales quotas as assigned;
Route complex mid-, high-value qualified opportunities to the appropriate territory BD managers for further development and closure;
Record opportunities, and contacts in the CRM system;
Coordinate internal marketing campaign design, estimation preparation, legal process within agreed SLAs, and simplified flow;
Escalate issues to the SalesOps, VP Global Sales, and Head of divisions hindering ISR performance and propose mitigation actions;
Conduct weekly planning sessions with management to identify the scope of monthly outbound service campaigns;
Produce weekly ISR performance reports.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
Experience in sales/project management/account management in game dev or IT Outsource companies;
Being active and result-oriented;
Experience with CRM systems;
Excellent English and communication skills;
Strong listening and presentation skills;
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively;
Ability to work within deadlines.
You are a superstar if you have experience with:
ISR sales flow description;
Simplified legal docs (NDA, sales order);
Simplified estimation process;
Marketing campaign interface;
List of target accounts, prospects, and seed prospects;
