Junior Backend Developer

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Project support and development; 

• Designing a backend from the scratch for new game mechanics, expanding the existing backend functionality.

• Creating flexible code that can be easily updated as the game evolves

• Being up-to-date with Engineering literature and best practices to continue driving the studio's Engineering expertise

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• 1+ years of C#/.NET experience

• 0.5+ years of ASP.NET Core Web API development experience

• Experience in designing and implementing RESTful web services

• OOP,  SOLID principles and Design Patterns

• Database architecture and optimization knowledge;

• Experience with relational DB (PostgreSQL is a plus)

• Experience with EF Core 

Will be a plus

• Experience in working with cloud-based architectures and Google Cloud specifically

• Experience with CI/CD

• Game development industry work experience

• Experience with Unity
