CAS.AI helps mobile app and game publishers maximize their ad revenue through our programmatic mediation platform. As our team keeps growing, we're looking for a Junior BizDev Manager to join us and focus on publishing partnerships in the Turkish market.
About the role
You'll work closely with our Business Development team to identify, reach out to, and build relationships with mobile app and game publishers in Turkey, helping them grow their ad monetization through CAS.AI.
For which tasks (responsibilities)?
Research and identify potential publishing partners in the Turkish market
Reach out to app/game publishers and build initial relationships
Support the onboarding process for new partners
Collaborate with the BizDev team on market strategy and outreach
Track and report on partnership pipeline progress

Location: Turkey 🇹🇷
Junior level — eager to learn and grow in Business Development
Communicative, proactive, results-driven
Fluent Turkish + good English (for internal communication)
Interest in mobile apps/games and adtech industry is a plus
