For which tasks (responsibilities)?
— Conducting lead generation as well as prospecting and qualifying potentially new clients;
— Initiating conversations with key decision-makers at target companies to identify their business needs;
— Proactively scheduling calls with perspective clients;
— Researching and developing prospective accounts;
— Converting qualified leads and preparing them for meetings and calls;
— Working collaboratively with a Marketing and Sales team;
— Using CRM, marketing and sales tools.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
— English — upper-intermediate;
— Previous experience in sales of outsourcing/outstaffing services (at least 1 year);
— Basic knowledge in the IT/technology sector;
— Experience with LinkedIn and any CRM system;
— Experience in negotiating with foreign customers in the IT industry;
— Outstanding communication skills — you will be connecting with prospects constantly;
— Sales-oriented, responsible, result-oriented, and fast learner.
