For which tasks (responsibilities)?

As a Level Game Designer, you will play a pivotal role in the creation of a new game concept. From the initial stages of ideation and prototyping to the final stages of production and launch, you will be a driving force behind the product vision. Responsibilities include:

- Leading the product vision for the game concept throughout its development journey.
- Mentoring and guiding a talented team of Product Managers and Game Designers.
- Sharing insights with the broader product team to influence our product strategy and game portfolio.
- Focusing on the refinement of moment-to-moment gameplay experiences, ensuring meticulous attention to detail.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Level Game Designer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate should meet the following requirements:

- Fluent English: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English are essential for effective collaboration with our diverse team.
- Fluent in Unity: Proficiency in Unity is a must, enabling you to seamlessly contribute to the design and implementation process.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Senior Game Designer or Lead Game Designer within the realm of free-to-play mobile gaming, with a strong understanding of in-app purchases.
- NFT/AI Experience (Preferred): Familiarity with NFT and AI technologies would be a significant advantage, contributing to the innovation of our projects.
- Game Design Expertise: Solid understanding of game design principles and design theory, allowing you to craft captivating gameplay experiences.
- Collaborative Nature: Proven history of working collaboratively with product, art, engineering, and quality assurance teams to bring game concepts from ideation to launch and live operations.
- Comprehensive Design Skills: Proficiency in creating feature specifications, user flows, prototypes, and the balancing/rebalancing of gameplay elements.
- Process Improvement: Initiative to develop and enhance game design tools and processes, increasing efficiency in the design workflow.
-UI Design Experience (Advantageous): Familiarity with UI design and implementation would be beneficial to contribute to a polished user experience.
- Mobile Casual Gaming Experience: Previous involvement in mobile casual gaming projects is highly desirable.
- Platform Architecture Knowledge (Strong Plus): Understanding of platform architecture will be considered a significant advantage in crafting optimal gaming experiences.
