We are looking for a high-impact Mobile Producer / Product Owner to spearhead our mobile games releases. At tinyBuild, we have a massive catalog of PC/Console hits, and your mission will be to "own" the entire lifecycle of bringing these titles to the mobile market. You'll be working with world-class IPs and a team that values creative freedom and fast execution.

You will oversee the porting process from a product perspective, ensuring that our games don't just "run" on mobile, but feel native and optimized for the platform.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?
  • Lead the end-to-end process of releasing mobile titles, from initial evaluation to post-launch growth.

  • Analyze PC titles and define the necessary technical, UX/UI, or gameplay adaptations required for a high-quality mobile port.

  • Supervise external porting studios or internal teams to ensure milestones are met and quality standards are exceeded.

  • Drive organic discovery through expert-level ASO and manage traffic acquisition strategies.

  • Define a marketing strategy, monetization model, and promotional methods for the game

What kind of professional are we looking for?
  • You have a proven track record with several successfully shipped mobile titles in your portfolio.

  • You understand the "guts" of mobile gaming. You know why a PC mechanic might fail on a touchscreen and how to fix it.

  • You know how to work with traffic and advertising, but you also have a "gut feeling" for what makes a game go viral organically.

  • You understand the indie game scene. You know how to preserve the heart of an indie title while making it commercially viable on the App Store and Google Play.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of the mobile ecosystem (iOS & Android + Tablets).

  • Experience with Premium mobile game releases.

  • Strong knowledge of ASO, store featuring mechanics, and mobile UA.

  • Ability to translate high-level product goals into technical requirements for developers.

  • Bonus: Previous experience working specifically with indie titles or unconventional PC-to-mobile ports
