What are you working on?

• Genres: Action, Casual
• Platforms: VR

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Create short-form and long-form marketing videos for various platforms.

• Produce gameplay-based trailers and promotional content.

• Work with raw VR gameplay footage: identify the strongest moments, build compelling hooks, edit pacing, and enhance videos with captions, UI callouts, transitions, effects, and sound.

• Create visual concepts and multiple creative variations for A/B testing.

• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to iterate on creatives based on feedback and performance data.

• Use AI tools to accelerate ideation, concept development, image generation, and content production workflows.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Strong motion design and video editing skills.

• Ability to transform raw gameplay footage into clear, engaging marketing creatives.

• Good visual design skills and understanding of composition, typography, and visual hierarchy.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop, Figma, Illustrator, or equivalent.

• Proficiency in motion graphics and video editing tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent.

• Experience using AI tools for ideation, image generation, and video creation.

• Understanding of gaming content, internet trends, social media formats, and meme culture.

• Ability to work quickly with feedback and produce multiple creative variants for testing.

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Nice to have:

• Art, illustration, or graphic design background.

• Experience with Unity.

• Experience with VR games or gameplay-focused marketing campaigns.

• Experience creating paid advertising creatives and working with A/B testing or performance marketing workflows.

• Basic 3D skills using Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar tools.

• Experience creating visual assets for game stores and platforms such as Meta Quest, PlayStation Store, Steam, Google Play, or the App Store.
