For which tasks (responsibilities)?
Identify and engage with the best engineering talents on the market, both locally and internationally;
Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions;
Develop Employer Branding strategy to attract high-quality applicants;
Participate in projects aimed at improving candidate experience, engaging velocity, and overall process boost;
Create a wide Talent pool and update the CV search database;
Arrange and conduct job interviews;
Provide candidate feedback;
Participate in HR department activities.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
2+ years of recruiting experience; English B2 or above;
Good communication skills (active listening, negotiation, etc.)
Effective time-management, ability to handle 3+ open positions simultaneously;
Problem-solving skills, creative thinking to attract talents;
Experience in game dev would be a plus;
Positive attitude and a good sense of humor.
