Hi! I’m Anna, exCEO and Founder of EASYFEET. I’m now building my second venture - a mobile rhythm game. We are building a mobile game with a fundamentally new gameplay mechanic that blends real-world physical interaction with rhythm-based design. Currently in MVP stage, we are looking for a strong Senior Game Designer to join us part-time and help shape, validate, and scale the core experience.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?
Co-defining and maintaining the overall game vision together with founders and key stakeholders
Owning the design direction of assigned gameplay modules
Leading prototyping processes and preparing clear, structured design documentation (GDDs, feature specs, level docs)
Designing and balancing core systems (gameplay loop, progression, economy, difficulty curves)
Cross-discipline design involvement:
System design
Mission design
Basic narrative structuring
Economy balancing
Strong focus on Level Design:
Designing level structure and progression
Hands-on creation and iteration of levels
Owning full level production cycles from concept to implementation
Translating vision into clear tasks and collaborating closely with UI/UX to ensure cohesion between gameplay and visual experience
Working with tracking/analytics systems (Amplitude or similar) to:
Analyze gameplay behavior
Form data-driven hypotheses
Improve retention and engagement
Collaborating with engineers and artists to ensure high-quality feature implementation and meeting deadlines
Using player feedback, playtest results, and analytics to continuously refine and optimize the product
What kind of professional are we looking for?
What We Expect
4+ years of experience as Senior/Lead Game Designer (generalist profile)
OR participation in at least 3 released casual or midcore projects
Strong ownership mindset and product thinking
Experience designing for mobile
Ability to balance creativity with structured execution
Experience working with analytics tools (Amplitude or similar)
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a small, fast-moving team
