We're looking for a Senior Monetization Manager to own monetization across the portfolio as a single accountable owner, with full responsibility for ad revenue and ROI.
What are you working on?
- Genres: Puzzle, Casual, Hyper-casual
- Platforms: Mobile, iOS, Android
For which tasks (responsibilities)?
Own monetization across the portfolio as a single accountable owner; full responsibility for ad revenue and ROI;
Own and drive the monetization roadmap: define priorities and decide what and when to optimize;
Act as the main interface between monetization and leadership: provide clear reporting, visibility, and business recommendations;
Independently manage both strategy and execution (hands-on): mediation setup (bidding stack, hybrid bidding + waterfall), price floors, ad segmentation, formats;
Systematically monitor monetization health (eCPM, fill/display rates across networks, formats, geos): set up monitoring, alerts, and react quickly to performance drops without escalation;
Proactively generate hypotheses, design and run A/B tests, roll out winning changes, and document learnings and playbooks;
Work with data independently; define requirements for internal tools (dashboards, alerts, data pipelines); implement automation and AI solutions;
Collaborate with Product, UA, and Analytics to ensure monetization aligns with retention, LTV, and user experience;
Manage relationships with ad networks (premium demand, new formats, betas, discrepancy resolution).
What kind of professional are we looking for?
4+ years of experience in ad monetization for mobile free-to-play games (Android, iOS), with proven results across a portfolio or multiple projects;
Ability to fully own the function end-to-end: define strategy and execute operations independently, without relying on a team, and deliver measurable results;
Ownership of revenue and ROI, as well as the monetization roadmap: ability to prioritize at the portfolio level, not just optimize individual titles;
Deep understanding of ad mediation: hybrid setups (bidding + waterfall) and when to apply each approach;
Hands-on experience with mediation platforms and ad network dashboards;
Strong analytical skills: understanding of key metrics and causal relationships (eCPM, DAU, ARPDAU, retention rate, LTV, fill rate, display rate, ad LTV); ability to work with raw data independently rather than relying on pre-built reports;
Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests in monetization (hypothesis, segmentation, success criteria, rollout/rollback decisions);
High level of ownership and proactivity: independently defines agenda and identifies growth opportunities;
Strong communication skills and ability to interface with leadership: clear reporting and actionable business recommendations;
Ability to collaborate with and influence Product, UA, Data teams, and ad network managers;
English and Russian proficiency (written and spoken).
Nice to have:
Experience working in a portfolio model and transferring best practices across projects;
SQL and BI tools (BigQuery, Looker, Tableau) for independent analysis and reporting;
Scripting skills (Python or JavaScript) for automation and working with ad network APIs;
Experience with optimization automation systems and AI tools; readiness to build processes with AI agents and manage their orchestration;
Understanding of privacy impact on monetization: ATT, SKAN, Android Privacy Sandbox, consent/value-exchange flows;
Experience with hybrid-casual/casual games and hybrid monetization models (IAA + IAP);
Experience with direct deals and premium demand;
Experience reporting to stakeholders and participating in commercial decision-making.
Why do we enjoy working here?
The opportunity to work on games played by millions of players;
Implement your bold ideas;
Paid vacation;
Support for professional development (training, coaching, and more);
Opportunity to grow and develop with the company;
Supportive and warm working atmosphere within the team.
