Values Value is a recruiting company with expertise in game development and is currently looking for an experienced Promo Marketing Artist.
Our client is a mobile game studio founded by senior experts with proven experience in building successful games and strong expertise in marketing and monetization. The team focuses on developing commercially successful puzzle, word, and sorting games for a wide audience.

We are looking for Promo Marketing Artist who will work closely with the UA department, turning ideas into assets that heighten product awareness and engagement across multiple channels. You will create attractive compelling visuals (icons, screenshots) and creative campaigns, in addition to testing fresh hypotheses and bold solutions for a number of titles.

- Platforms: Mobile, iOS, Android
For which tasks (responsibilities)?
Creating promo graphics for the company's titles on the App Store and Google Play.
Creating promo graphics for mobile titles advertising materials.
Localization and cropping of graphic materials.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the field of marketing design and advertising (portfolio is required).
Proven experience designing CPP and icon options for ASO testing, with an understanding of performance-driven visual iteration.
Ability to work with AI.
Ability to work with Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, and Figma products.
Knowledge of the basics of composition and color science.
Artistic taste, passion for the latest trends in design.
Freehand drawing.
Ability to set proper deadlines for completing projects and to meet them.
Russian language is a must.
English language - intermediate+.
