For which tasks (responsibilities)?

We’re a lean, remote-first mobile game studio building casual and idle-RPG games designed specifically for incentivized traffic (offerwalls / rewarded networks). Our progression, milestones, and economy are tuned for CPE-style goal funnels and the constraints of rewarded traffic.

The role

This is a founding UA hire for incentivized growth. You will own profitable scaling across offerwalls and rewarded networks end to end: partner portfolio, campaign execution, quality control, and measurement.

This is a hands-on operator role. ROI is the outcome metric. Because rewarded UA is far less creative-led than traditional UA, you’ll operate a fast, analytical loop—studying funnels and rewards placement, monitoring quality, and making scale vs cut decisions based on leading indicators and trusted data.

You’ll start with one newly launched title (currently live) and expand to additional releases later in the year.

What you will own

1) Offerwall growth operations

  • Source, onboard, and manage an offerwall/rewarded partner portfolio (tests, launches, caps, tiering, pacing).

  • Build and optimize CPE goal funnels: milestone ladders, payout tiers, and performance guardrails.

  • Run weekly partner scorecards and decisioning: scale, pause, renegotiate, or block.

  • Reconcile partner reporting vs attribution data; handle clawbacks, anomalies, and invoice disputes.

  • Protect quality: identify fraud/low-quality patterns (abnormal completion timing, device/source anomalies, chargebacks) and coordinate partner actions and blocks.

2) Measurement, dashboards, and tooling (Singular)

  • Own Singular as your core operating tool: integrations/config, partner setup, event mapping, attribution windows, and postbacks.

  • Independently troubleshoot tracking issues (partner-side validation, missing events, mismatched counts) so decisions are based on trusted data.

  • Build and maintain dashboards + reporting cadence (we have some internal tooling, but you’ll own the overall UA measurement workflow).

3) Product feedback loop (built for incentivized)

  • Work tightly with product to improve offerwall performance: milestone pacing, early progression, economy tuning, and event design for CPE funnels.

  • Turn learnings from partner data into concrete product tests.

  • Help establish repeatable UA routines and a “numbers-first” operating framework for the studio.

What success looks like (first ~6 months)

  • A reliable UA operating system is in place: dashboards, reporting routines, QA checks, and a clear decision framework.

  • Singular is fully dialed: clean integrations, correct event mapping, dependable postbacks, and fast debugging.

  • Active A/B tests and partner experiments are running with clear conclusions and next actions.

  • A stronger partner network is established (beyond the initial set), with disciplined portfolio management.

  • ROI goals are consistently met and there’s a credible plan to scale spend once metrics are proven.

What kind of professional are we looking for?
  • Proven, hands-on experience running incentivized UA on offerwalls / rewarded networks.

  • You have personally operated the core loop: partner reporting, reconciliation discipline, scale/cut decisions, and quality control.

  • Strong analytical workflow in Sheets/Excel (pivots, lookups, messy exports, sanity checks).

  • Ability to independently own an MMP (Singular): integrations, event mapping, postbacks, attribution settings, and debugging.

  • Comfortable in a small team with high autonomy and direct collaboration with founders (remote-first).

  • Fluent English.

Nice to have

  • SQL for self-serve analysis (e.g., Metabase).

  • Experience designing event schemas and milestone funnels specifically for offerwall constraints.

  • Deep experience with fraud/quality operations for incentivized traffic.

  • Exposure to traditional UA (Google/TikTok) is a plus, but incentivized proficiency is the priority.
