UA Manager (hybrid-casual, puzzle)

Team size and structure?

20 people. Marketing team: CMO + 1 UAM (vacant role), creatives.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Managing efficient and reliable user acquisition for a scaling title.
• Running A/B tests and evaluating campaigns, creatives, and playables to make data-driven decisions.
• Collaborating with the Marketing, Analytics, and Product teams.
• Enhancing the overall marketing strategy.
• Performing market and competitor analysis.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

Required experience with:
• Mobile, hybrid-casual or casual games;
• Exp with marketing budget for UA of $xxx xxx.00 per month;

• Ad Platforms: Meta, AppLovin, Unity, Google Ads (must),
TikTok, Snapchat, and X (would be a plus).
• Mobile Attribution: AppsFlyer or Adjust.

• Key product and marketing metrics and mobile game unit economics.
• BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
• Market and competitor analysis.

• Experience with hybrid monetization (IAP + IAA).
• Understanding of SKAdNetwork principles.
• Knowledge of advertising mediation fundamentals (IronSource, AppLovin MAX, LevelPlay).
