Our goal is to create the most captivating high-quality games and develop advanced technologies on the market of HTML5 mobile gaming.

PlayToMax is looking for an account manager who will help to strengthen relations with current clients and help to ease the communication with them.

What are you working on?

• The name of the project(s): Playable ads, HTML5 games

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Communicating with existing clients, developing long-term relations

• Conducting meetings and calls with existing clients, consulting them regarding company services

• Preparing tasks from clients for the development team’s assessment

• Communicating clients’ needs to the development team, clarifying all the details

• Planning and prioritising projects together with the development team, controlling timings and requirements

• Working with clients’ feedbacks, defining main goals and correctly communicating them to the development team

• Accompanying signing the agreements

• Invoicing clients and controlling the payments

• Internal and external reporting on the projects

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• At least one year of work experience in account management

• At least Upper-intermediate written and spoken English

• Working experience in communications with clients

• Understanding of client-oriented business principles

• Good negotiation skills and ability to influence without authority

• General understanding of project management principles

• Ability to clearly set goals and focus on the work result

• Ability to clearly communicate your thoughts to colleagues

• Experience in working with project documentation, reports etc

• Experience in working with legal documentation (agreements, invoices etc.)

• Experience in the gaming industry

• Experience with Jira

• Experience in mobile games marketing
