Job Description

  • Lead a game’s community team in planning its social media strategy/initiatives, with the objectives of:

  • Growing social media followers, reach, and engagement

  • Monitoring and reporting important community sentiments and issues

  • Spearhead the brainstorming and planning of new and innovative creative marketing campaigns to support different functions (ex. product features, revenue, KOLs)

  • Work closely with other members of the marketing team and external parties (ex. agencies) for execution

  • Oversee the game’s communications plan, along with the design and production of all creative assets

  • Craft a communications plan to users that is clear, engaging, and aligned with the project’s objectives

  • Work closely with the design team and other core functions to ensure consistency and a high standard of quality of branding and attractiveness for all creative assets (including but not limited to in-game banners, social media banners, videos, and copywriting)

What kind of professional are we looking for?
  • Fluent in English and Russian

  • Bachelor’s degree, equivalent or above

  • At least 1-3 years relevant experience in marketing and/or social media and community management. Leadership and project management experience is a plus.

  • Strong understanding of Russian and CIS gamers’ (especially mobile gamers’) behaviors, charactersitics, and preferences

  • Up to date on the latest marketing and social media trends for the Russian and CIS market
