We are looking for a candidate for the following position: Cross-Promo Team Lead (Lead Marketing Manager)(office/remote)

For which tasks (responsibilities)?
Lead a team of Marketing Managers (including hiring and training new MMs);
Set up and maintain cross promotion framework, processes and best practice guidelines;
Devise and implement cross promotion marketing strategies;
Plan and implement in-game cross promotion marketing campaigns;
Report regularly on performance of in-game marketing campaigns in all apps;
Stay on top of mobile gaming market opportunities and trends;
Apply creative and non-traditional methods of growing our customer base;
Manage and drive continuous improvements of player acquisition and retention;
Plan, review and follow-up on creative asset development, including, but not limited to: playable ads, creative videos, promotional materials from brief to final delivery with in-house creative teams by providing regular checks and expert support;
Measure results of the cross promotion campaigns and optimize our assets and experiments;
Work in close collaboration with the Product, User Acquisition, Analytics teams to tie the cross promotion marketing efforts to performance results like retention, LTV, ROAS;
Share best practices and insights regularly with Product, Design and User Acquisition teams.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
Passionate about mobile gaming, apps and the gamedev industry;
At least 3 years of experience in Performance Marketing, with 1 year of experience directly managing a team of at least 3 people. Experience of hiring and training staff is an advantage;
Practical knowledge of digital, performance marketing, and ads management. Experience within the games industry is a plus;
Experience with project tracking software;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills;
Good organizational skills, goal orientation, reporting and user-centric skills are crucial;
Able to manage content and maintain a large quantity of assets;
Advanced MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Google Docs);
Fluent English (minimum Upper-Intermediate, Advanced a strong plus).
