Playwing is looking for an exceptional and talented Junior Recruiter to join our outstanding team!

What are you working on?

• The name of the project(s): "Century: Age of Ashes", "Rayman Adventures"

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to interviews, presenting and before offer;
• Communications for details of the vacancies with our foreign management;
• Full recruiting cycle for a team in Kharkov and recruiting assistance for our foreign studios (Madrid, Paris, Bucharest);
• Working on the company’s external brand.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Good research skills (understanding and hands-on experience with modern tools for sourcing X-Ray, Boolean search, etc.);
• Intermediate English level (Or higher);
• Understanding of software development specialties and methodologies;
• Responsible, result-oriented, flexible, attentive to details, team player;
• Focus on the result of work;
• Ability for the routine tasks.
