For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Manage recruitment campaigns in target markets, as well as end-to-end recruitment efforts;

• Partner with business leaders to identify and define talent requirements;

• Drive in-depth market research and talent mapping, and collect industry insights;

• Build strong talent pipelines by headhunting top-tier candidates;

• Build strong talent reserves for key positions by maintaining networks with top-tier talents;

• Manage other recruitment-related people initiatives when necessary.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• A creative and outgoing person with more than 2 years of experience should fit the bill;

• Highly motivated individuals who are creative, adaptable and enjoy solving challenging problems in the game industry;

• Strong understanding of local employment regulations;

• Strong analytical skills and able to work well with cross-functional skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;

• Strong communication and negotiation skills;

• Excellent speaking and writing skills in English and Russian;

• A bachelors from a well renowned college.
