Recruitment Specialist

As a Recruitment Specialist, you will liaise across all levels of the organization to understand the strategic recruitment needs of Kyiv and Odesa studios. Delivering proactive ‘direct search’ recruitment strategies to source and attract the best candidates. Your ability to recruit top talent will have a direct impact on the quality of our games that you see in the stores. 

At ease with building and maintaining high-quality technical pipelines, you will be a professional in advanced sourcing methods and innovative engagement techniques to ensure you identify and recruit the very best talent.

You are passionate about recruitment and keep yourself up to date with the latest trends in your domain. You enjoy working in a vibrant and changing international environment and appreciate a result-driven focus. You are an autonomous person with outstanding communication skills, and you can see the big picture while keeping an eye on details.  Besides the above we’re looking for someone aligned with our core values and the following skills and experience:

Responsibilities: 

• Provide full-cycle recruitment of specific roles/disciplines for Ubisoft Kyiv and Odesa Studios.

• Drive the recruitment process (sourcing, scheduling, offers, and everything in between) for Production teams

• Utilize advanced search techniques

• Participate in Competency-based interviews, as soft skills play a huge role in recruitment

• Participate in specific job fairs/recruitment events

• Maintain up-to-date information in our recruitment tool as well as other tracking documents

• Participation in networking events

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Relevant working experience in IT Recruitment

• Experience writing meaningful pitches and strong communication skills

• Experience with technical recruitment and developing long-term talent pipelines

• Extensive research and sourcing skills (you definitely have more than boolean search up your sleeve)

• Has a passion for connecting with people and building effective and trusting relationships with both candidates and hiring managers

• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) - we use SmartRecruiters

• Interest in games and a great sense of humor

• Having a “get things done” attitude and being result-oriented is a must for our team.

• Upper-Intermediate English level (speaking/writing)
