SENIOR IT RECRUITER

We are looking for talented and passionate Recruiter to join our team. You will contribute to all areas of the company, helping us to find best game developers.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Manage full cycle recruiting processes with positive candidate experience on all stage of relationship

• Search and selection of candidate in all available sources

• Work closely with leadership team to improve hiring process, JD creation, maintenance of candidates database and reporting

• Help with onboarding and retention of candidates

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Be up to date with new technological trends and products in Gaming

• 2+ years of experience in Gaming as Recruiter/TA or similar

• 3+ years of experience in HR/Recruitment

• English - Intermediate+

• Strive for self improvement

• Appreciation and understanding of teamwork

• Positive and goal oriented attitude

  Will be a plus:

• Good technical skills knowledge

• Passion for games

What are the conditions and bonuses?

We work from 10:00 till 19:00;

VL - 18 (working days per year);

SL - 7;

Weekends and holidays according to local law.
