For which tasks (responsibilities)?
Managaning of full-cycle recruitment;
Collaborating with hiring managers;
Creating and placing vacancies at different professional resources;
Monitoring job market;
Taking part in HR events;
Preparing recruitment reports;
Maintaining candidates database.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
At least 3 years of experience in recruitment;
Be able to search on Gamedev labor market;
Experience of direct search;
Experience in negotiations with management;
Good knowledge of full cycle recruitment process;
At least Upper Intermediate level of English.
