We're looking for a Generalist Technical Artist to build playable ads from concept to final delivery.
You'll take creative briefs and transform them into polished, engaging, and performant playable experiences using a combination of gameplay development, technical art, animation, visual design, and AI-assisted workflows.
This is a highly hands-on role. You will own the entire production process, from implementation and asset creation to polish, optimization, and final delivery.

Develop new playable ads from concept to completion.
Implement gameplay mechanics and interactive features.
Integrate game assets, UI elements, and animations.
Create engaging user interactions and gameplay flows.
Package, test, and deliver polished playable ads.
Technical Art
Create, modify, and optimize visual assets.
Build scenes, environments, and visual compositions.
Implement animations, visual effects, and transitions.
Enhance visual quality, clarity, and overall user experience.
AI Workflows
Leverage AI tools to accelerate content production.
Generate assets, concepts, and rapid prototypes.
Improve production efficiency through workflow automation.
Research and apply emerging AI-assisted production techniques.
Optimization
Optimize performance across devices and platforms.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues.
Simplify technical implementations while maintaining functionality.
Ensure high-quality standards throughout the production process.
Collaboration
Participate in project kickoffs and planning sessions.
Review creative briefs, concepts, and requirements.
Provide technical feedback on feasibility and implementation.
Support iteration, problem-solving, and continuous improvement across the team.
Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?
Experience developing games, interactive experiences, or playable ads.
Proficiency in JavaScript and/or TypeScript.
Experience with Three.js or similar game development frameworks.
Experience integrating and working with Spine animations.
Strong technical art skills with an eye for visual quality and usability.
Solid understanding of game feel, user experience (UX), and player feedback systems.
Proficiency with tools such as Blender, Photoshop, Figma, and After Effects.
Experience using AI tools as an integral part of the content production workflow.
Experience creating, modifying, or enhancing assets with AI-powered creative tools.
Ability to independently manage projects from brief through final delivery.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with Casual Puzzle, Match-3, and other mobile gaming genres and audiences.
