Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

• Apply analytical and statistical programming as well as visualization tools to drive the end-to-end analytical process (includes Customer Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Portfolio Analytics, Product Analytics, Collections Analytics).

• Formulate requirements, acquire data, identify analytical methods, create and validate models, and develop actionable recommendations.

• Conduct descriptive statistical analysis to uncover data insights based on customer engagement, browsing and purchase patterns, and customer behavior trends.

• Build, develop, and maintain models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards, and key performance indicators to support business decisions.

• Effective management of frequency of feedback loop with offshore resources.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• 8 to 10 years’ experience in leading analytics teams and conceptualizing and delivering analytical solutions spanning various functional areas.

• Experience working with C-level executives.

• Possess good leadership skills, strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills; and ability to engage and collaborate with multiple stakeholders across teams.

• Experience working with and managing global teams.

• Quantitative background in engineering, statistics, math, economics, business or related disciplines.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and dealing with ambiguity.

• Prior consulting experience a plus.
