Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

• Gamedev recruitment all around the world;

• Hiring planning and reporting;

• Leading HR brand projects: partnership with Universities, Internship projects, gamedev and IT conferences;

• Newcomers adaptation;

• Conduct hiring and adaptation training events;

• Participation in other HR projects.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment: IT or gamedev area;

• Excellent knowledge of Internet and other sources for recruitment;

• Excellent knowledge of the labor code;

• Proven ability to handle multiple projects;

• Ability to work independently to achieve targets;

• Excellent communication skills;

• Strong organisation skills, attention to details;

• Advanced English;

• Experience of working in companies with western style of management will be a plus.
