Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

As a Lead Producer, you will be in charge of managing the Paris Producers’ team and oversee the production of our mobile games. Your responsibilities will be the following: 

• Manage the Paris producers’ team which is responsible for development of the new casual and hyper-casual titles, communication with 3rd party studios and prototyping:

  • Provide feedback and help to remove any roadblocks for Paris Producers team;

  • Assure the high quality of the Paris Producers team output;

  • Provide guidance for product roadmap planning feature-wise and deadlines-wise;

• Coordinate with other team leads on strategic projects (business and production topics).

• Report to the VP Creation on games’ roadmaps and key updates.

• Coordinate and manage feedback from various stakeholders and business leads of the company to improve production processes.

• Work closely with the data team in order to manage and facilitate execution of multiple A/B tests to make data driven decisions.

• Share knowledge and improve internal and external production processes in a continuous way.

• Communicate and coordinate effectively with our internal and external studios in order to deliver a high quality product.

• Experience in managing a team

• Good knowledge of the mobile F2P market insights 

• Good understanding of mobile game monetization 

• Good knowledge of mobile UX/UI  

• Experience with data analysis 

• Several years of successful experiences in mobile applications / mobile gaming 

• Management experience 

• Strong communication skills in English
