Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

• Extending the the Netcode or relative tools

• Improving the deterministic aspect/synchronisation mechanisms/network protocol, etc

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Be able to deliver working with a cross-functional team.

• 4+ years' of professional game development experience, with released games.

• Proficient and disciplined programming skills, grounded in knowledge of industry best practices and techniques.

• Strong experience in C#

• Proficiency in using Unity3D.

• Deep realtime multiplayer experience (MOBA, Shooter, etc with lag compensations)

• Understanding the P2P/Client Server and synchronisation techniques (deterministic worlds, lockstep, fixed step)

• Reliable and unreliable UDP experience

• Performance analysis and optimisation skills;

• Strong debugging skills.

• Experience in mobile platforms (iOS, Android) is a plus.

  Nice to have

• Unity Netcode (NGE/NGO) package

• DOTS or other ECS frameworks
