Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

• Lead the QA team in maintaining quality standards across all development and release phases.

• Collaborate closely with embedded QA professionals to align strategies, processes, and testing priorities.

• Coordinate additional QA resources when project scopes grow beyond internal capacity.

• Represent QA in team meetings and communication channels.

• Act as the primary quality contact for your vertical, especially during the absence of embedded QA.

• Participate in functional testing and bug reporting.

• Develop and maintain structured test suites based on game design documents.

• Monitor, track, and escalate post-release issues.

• Facilitate and participate in cross-feature playtests.

• Promote transparent communication and accountability within the QA team.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• 2+ years of experience in QA, preferably in game development.

• 1+ year of experience as a QA Lead or similar leadership role.

• Can speak and write in English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher.

• Strong hands-on experience with mobile game testing, especially in live service environments.

• Proven experience leading QA teams and coordinating cross-project QA resources.

• Comfortable collaborating with product and embedded QA teams to align on quality strategy.

• Solid understanding of agile QA processes, defect reporting, and test suite creation.

• Familiarity with performance monitoring tools for mobile apps.

• A passion for games and a keen eye for detail.
