Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?
  • Set and execute the talent sourcing strategies for multiple business units or disciplines in a full-cycle recruiting role

  • Develop deep partnerships with business leaders, hiring managers and teams and act as their Talent Advisor

  • Work closely with other Recruiters to develop and run effective sourcing strategies geared towards attracting premier technical talent

  • Drive and maintain a robust pipeline of passive talent for focus teams in a highly metrics-driven and collegial organization

  • Be a flexible team player who shares leads and ideas to attract key talent to Zynga

  • Work with University Relations team on intern placements and partner on long-term headcount plans

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?
  • 5+ years of recruiting and sourcing experience for a search agency or in-house recruiting organization

  • Experience partnering with senior level managers, interviewers and team members throughout the hiring process

  • Strong business insight and an in-depth knowledge of the gaming industry and/or technical talent market

  • Experience recruiting for a variety of roles including engineering and design positions will help you gain credibility and with our partner teams

  • Ability to identify and train partners on exceptional organizational and interviewing skills/processes

  • A personal interest in games is preferred

  • A can-do, service-oriented attitude is helpful
