We’re looking for an AI Video Creator/AI Artist to join and action

At and action, we create video, animation, and experimental AI/hybrid projects for PUMB, MacPaw, Silpo, ALLO, LOKO, TED-Ed and others.

Right now, we’re looking for someone who doesn’t use AI as helper but can use it to create a final video product — from visual research to animation, through revisions and to final delivery.

We need someone who understands AI video as a production tool: how different models work, where they can break, how to work around limitations, and how to bring the result to a polished, controlled quality.

This role is for someone who enjoys speed, experimentation, and non-standard creative tasks — while also being able to work within a clear brief, deadlines and a team process 😊

— You understand AI from the inside: what models exist, how they work, why they break, and how to find solutions when bugs appear.

— You can work within a strict brief and follow specific creative and production requirements.
