Strategic Associate Producer

We are seeking a part-time Associate Producer focused on publishing, partnerships, and strategic growth for Maze Bounders, an upcoming indie deckbuilder/roguelike listed on

Steam: https://store.steampowered.com/app/2577780/Maze_Bounders/.

This is a contract role for an entrepreneurial candidate who wants a hands-on path into the game industry, with work across production coordination, launch planning, creator/community outreach, commercial strategy, and investor/publisher materials.

The ideal person is game-passionate, business-minded, financially mature, and open to a broader strategic partnership structure if there is mutual fit.

• Coordinate production efforts and manage launch  planning activities.

• Support marketing and community engagement initiatives to build a strong player base.

• Develop and maintain publisher and investor materials to  facilitate outreach and partnerships.

• Contribute to commercial strategy and business  development efforts.

• Participate as a small strategic investor under legally  prepared agreements.
