Lead Level Designer

We are looking for a Lead Level Designer to work on an unannounced next-gen MMORPG title developing in Unreal Engine 5 for PC and Consoles. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape a large-scale, open-world game.

На какие задачи (обязанности)?

• Creating an immersive open-world MMORPG experience;

• Collaborating with Game Design and Environment Art to get the best possible player involvement;

• Developing and implementing metrics;

• Creating blockouts for the locations;

• Documenting gameplay intentions;

• Design quests working closely with Narrative and Game designers.

Какого профессионала ищем?

• 5+ years of experience in Level Design;

• Participation in at least one complete game production for PC or Consoles;

• Proficiency in Unreal Engine 5;

• Strong game design theory knowledge;

• Good collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills;

• Excellent leadership and team-building skills, including the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop the team;

• Passion for gaming;

• Upper-Intermediate English;
