Art Recruiter

Legou Games (creators of a popular worldwide game - Rise of Kingdoms) is looking for an ART Recruiter to join the Kyiv office on a full-time basis.

In this role, you will have full ownership of the process and the opportunity to feel all the benefits of the product approach in recruitment.

На какие задачи (обязанности)?

• Management of the full-cycle recruitment process for Art positions: search, selection and evaluation of candidates together with the Hiring team, preparation and presentation of job offers to the finalists;

• Coordination with internal Hiring managers: preparation of job descriptions, definition of search strategy, solution of emerging difficulties in the search process;

• Leadership of initiatives aimed at increasing the flow of candidates;

• Evaluation of work results, proposals for work optimization;

• Management of the database of candidates, networking;

• Propositions to improve company’s attractiveness on local market.

Какого профессионала ищем?

• Full-cycle recruitment experience in Game Development;

• Solid knowledge of selection methods and techniques;

• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Hiring Managers, help to investigate and analyze which candidate will be the best fit for each position;

• Ability to conduct different types of interviews;

• Understanding of candidates’ real interests and ability to build long-term relationships with them;

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

• Upper-intermediate English.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Art positions (2D, 3D Artists, etc);

• Passion for games.
