Community Manager

DevGAMM Game Conference seeks a community manager passionate about game development and the game industry in general, communication, and social media. This contributor role collaborates closely with the marketing team to establish the DevGAMM brand across various social platforms and build a community of game enthusiasts.

The ideal candidate is driven and self-motivated, a dedicated team player, with a proven track record of community development efforts.

На какие задачи (обязанности)?

• Build communication through various social media platforms

• Community growth, increase engagement, analyze activity

• Proactively develop and pitch ideas that help to raise brand awareness

• Create and manage engaging social media content (written, streamed, video, etc) from inception to execution

• Re-use older content (videos, posts, articles)

• Reply to questions from the audience on various social media

• Arrange and assist with gamedev events in Europe

Какого профессионала ищем?

• Community Management experience (or similar communications/industry experience)

• Experience in social media (Discord, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, forums, etc.)

• Basic video editing skills, preferably on mobile

• Livestreaming experience

• Successful cases in building brand pages on Instagram and TikTok
