• Lead the process of creating, testing and scaling UA-creatives in all formats in the gaming sphere (hypercasual, casual)

• Interpret key business metrics and draw informed conclusions

• Test and adapt the hypotheses of UA creatives, constantly study your audience

• Detail scenarios, interact with video production teams and create playable ads

Какого профессионала ищем?

• Experience in similar roles: Game Producer, UA TL, Product Marketing Manager, Marketing TL

• Experience with major sources on paid social and ad networks

• English B2 or higher

• Project management skills, and advanced communication abilities

• Ability to analyze statistical inputs, correctly formulate risks and priorities

Will be a plus

• Experience with big data (Tableau)

• Work experience in positions related to the development of graphics in games
