На какие задачи (обязанности)?

• Creation, adaption and revision of game economy / balance spreadsheets

• Creation, assessing, re-balancing and tuning gameplay/levels in relation to game economy

• Helping analyze (real-time) feedback and metrics, and adjust game economy accordingly

• Identifying the potential sale drivers for the product, defining key points of exposure for those drivers

• Working with the game designer and producer to ensure game consistency

• Balancing, analyzing and adapting monetization strategies

• Contributing to the improvement of user experience in the games

Какого профессионала ищем?

• At least 1 project delivered from scratch to release

• 1+ year as Game Designer or Game Economy Designer  in Mobile Games domain

• Good analytical skills 

• Passionate about mobile games and have a vast "track record" as a player

• Appreciation and understanding of teamwork

• Degree in Economics, Math, Statistics, BA or equivalent

  Will be a plus:

• Advanced understanding of SQL

• Live-ops experience

• English - at least Intermediate
