We are establishing a centralized IT Operations department to serve our rapidly growing team of currently over 200 employees in 4 offices and several more hubs across Europe. The IT Operations team is part of the Tech Department and is responsible for internal IT tools, support and processes, compliance, and security.
IT Operations is part of our backbone that will enable our organization and business to scale up over the next few years

На какие задачи (обязанности)?
You will lead the international IT Operations team and define the internal IT strategy
Setting up scalable IT processes (technical onboarding /offboarding, helpdesk etc.) and ensuring that they are implemented in a useful (IT-security driven) manner with complete documentation and quality management
Developing our internal infrastructure (tool landscape, SOPs, resources etc.) and the IT asset management
You will ensure the stability as well as the implementation of tactical measures and optimizations of the infrastructure
IT process reporting and creation of analyses as well as improvement reviews (change management)
Take on a role of an internal strategic consultant for the use of new software technology to improve workflows
Development & operational implementation of an educational structure for our core systems
Resource planning & recruiting of new internal IT employees
Vendor Management - contact person for our IT partners
Manage audits and certifications in the compliance security areas (e.g. Pentests, ISO 27001, etc)
Manage compliance and security related aspects of the RFI process
Какого профессионала ищем?
Successfully completed computer science studies or a comparable education / degree
Alternatively, demonstrable comparable knowledge paired with several years of professional experience from a similar environment
Highly solution oriented mindset and proven experience in project management and in developing IT strategies
Hands-on experience in implementation of IT tool, processes, and infrastructure
Comprehension of the workings within the 1st and 2nd level IT-Support
Managing and evolving end-user IT using Google Workspace or Office 365
Experience in working with cross-functional teams in a SaaS environment
Motivation to lead and to develop your team members and act as a sparring partner for other departments
Excellent communication skills and English language fluency (C1 or above)
Plus: Experience in leading audits (e.g. ISO 27001)
