Severex is looking for a Level Designer to join our mobile puzzle games team.

We’re looking for a specialist who can create engaging, high-quality levels for casual/puzzle games and understands how level design impacts player retention, engagement, monetization, and overall player behavior.

• Design and balance levels for mobile puzzle games (Word, Block, Sort Puzzle, and similar genres)

• Build and maintain a well-structured difficulty curve throughout the player journey

• Analyze level performance using product metrics and use insights to improve existing content and design new levels

• Work across multiple projects simultaneously

Какого профессионала ищем?

• 3+ years of experience designing levels for mobile puzzle games (Word, Block, Sort Puzzles)

• Experience building and maintaining difficulty curves in live products

• Strong understanding of player psychology and engagement drivers

• Experience analyzing level performance and making design decisions based on product metrics

• Strong systems thinking and the ability to clearly justify design decisions and recommendations
