Values Value, a recruiting company with expertise in gamedev, is looking for an experienced Marketing Lead for our client, a leading global online games developer and publisher. One of the company’s project became the most downloaded mobile game in the world in 2019 and 2020 according to App Annie.

На какие задачи (обязанности)?
Work closely with upper management;
Planning, management and execution of the marketing strategies and initiatives for one of company’s game projects in the Russia/CIS region;
Ensuring KPI achievement and cost effectiveness;
Lead a team covering key functions for marketing/publishing;
Form, mentor and lead the teams of online marketing, campaign marketing, KOL management, social media/community, PR, and branding etc;
Deliver regular reports of campaign results and KPIs to top management.
Какого профессионала ищем?
3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably gaming industry background;
Strong understanding of the Russian/CIS game market;
Up-to-date with marketing trends along with a strong understanding of various marketing models;
Ability to evaluate existing marketing solutions and plan to optimize offerings for different campaigns;
Having experience in campaign marketing in the internet industry, gaming industry, or agency is a plus;
Native in Russian and Good communication in English.
