На какие задачи (обязанности)?

• Clarifying the vision of the product to the team, breaking it down into features.

• Ensuring that the items in the backlog are relevant to their features, or that their features are dependent on, tracked, sized and prioritized accurately.

• Taking the responsibility for the long-term schedule of the game’s development, using the metrics from team output and the product backlog. Continuously prioritizing and refining the product backlog.

• Participating in all Scrum meetings.

• The quality of the features produced by accepting or rejecting sprint results.

• Communicating status internally and externally.

• Following the budget and reporting progress to stakeholders.

Какого профессионала ищем?

• At least 3 years of XP in leading the production in IT, preferably of Free to Play Mobile Games,

• Fluent English (full proficiency),

• Solid understanding and practice of agile methodologies,

• Perfect communication skills,

• Ability to follow a budget,

• Nimble, result-oriented attitude and is able to go out of his/her comfort zone,

• Perfect knowledge of the mobile gaming market is a plus,

• Passion for mobile games and a smart vision of the mobile game industry and the free2play economy is a plus.
